Free Guide for Women

Thinking About a GLP-1 but Overwhelmed by Everything You're Hearing?

Your friend is taking one. Your coworker lost weight. Someone online is warning you about nausea, hair loss, muscle loss, and "Ozempic face." Meanwhile, every company seems to offer a different medication, price, and level of support.

No wonder you do not know who to trust.

A guide for women like you

This Guide Is for You If…

  • You are gaining weight even though you eat fairly well and stay active

  • Your hormones, cravings, energy, or body composition feel different

  • You are curious about GLP-1s but nervous about side effects

  • You are worried about losing muscle, hair, energy, or facial fullness

  • You do not know where the medication comes from or who to trust

  • You want medical guidance, not just medication

  • You keep wondering whether using a GLP-1 means you are “cheating”

You are not lazy. Your body may simply need a different strategy than it needed ten years ago.

Inside the guide

Five Things Every Woman Should Know

  1. 1

Where Your Medication Comes From Matters

Learn what to ask about the pharmacy, prescribing process, medical intake, and ongoing oversight.

  2. 2

Rapid Weight Loss Is Not Always Better

Understand why the goal should be safe progress—not becoming as small as possible as quickly as possible.

  3. 3

Protein and Strength Training Still Matter

Learn why protecting muscle, strength, nutrition, and energy is an essential part of GLP-1 weight loss.

  4. 4

Side Effects Should Not Be Managed Through Google

Know what support should be available for questions about nausea, constipation, hydration, appetite, dosing, and other concerns.

  5. 5

Using a GLP-1 Is Not Cheating

Understand why hormones, appetite regulation, metabolic health, sleep, stress, and body composition can make weight harder to manage.

Sammie, Physician Assistant

Meet your coach

Meet Sammie

I am a physician assistant with more than a decade of experience in primary care, community health, mental health, addiction medicine, and one-on-one patient care.

I created Elevate Wellness Center because I wanted to provide a more personal and supportive approach than the traditional model of handing someone a prescription and sending them on their way.

I help busy, health-conscious women understand their options, use GLP-1s safely when clinically appropriate, protect their muscle, manage side effects, and feel healthier, stronger, and more confident in their bodies.

I believe women deserve medical guidance without shame, pressure, or judgment.

The Elevate difference

This Is More Than a Prescription
